Alexander Izosimov was born in 1964 in Yakutsk. He graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in Economics.
He started his management career in 1991 in the Stockholm office of McKinsey & Company, a global strategic consulting firm. In 1995, he earned an MBA degree from INSEAD (France) and joined the London office of McKinsey & Company.
In 1996, Alexander started working in the Russian office of Mars Inc., serving as a planning manager, CFO, sales director and CEO. In 2001, Alexander became a member of the Global Executive Management Board at Mars, Inc. as Regional President for the CIS, Central Europe, and Nordic regions.
He headed OJSC VimpelCom (Vimpelcom Ltd, Veon since 2017, operates under the Beeline brand in Russia) as its CEO and President between 2003 and 2011, steering the company through a period of rapid growth, geographic expansion and manyfold increase in business operations, which transformed the company into one of the world’s leading operators.
From 2011, Alexander focused on excelling as a director on the boards of Ericsson AB, MTG AB, East Capital AB, Transcom SPA, Teleopti AB, and Baltika. Currently, he serves on the boards of directors at EVRAZ Plc, Nilar AB, Hövding AB, and the Supervisory Board of the Moscow Exchange (MOEX).

Ms Ivanova has over 20 years of work experience in the consumer and retail sector. She was marketing director at several leading Russian and foreign companies, such as X5 Retail Group, CentrObuv, ORKLA (Norway). Prior to joining M.Video-Eldorado Group in 2019, Dagmara served as senior vice-president at Svyaznoy-Euroset (before 2018 – commercial director at Svyaznoy) where she was responsible for strategic planning, operations of over 5,000 retail stores with headcount exceeding 25,000 employees, marketing, category management and procurement, e-commerce, logistics, financial services and HR. Ms. Ivanova graduated from the faculty of mechanics and mathematics at Moscow State University in 2002.
Ms Sokolova has 20 years of experience in finance. She began her career at Deloitte, where she spent eight years working in various departments. In 2004, she moved to TNK-BP during the merger of TNK and BP, where she headed up the financial service for the retail business. After six years, she became the head of the finance function for the processing and trading unit. As a result of TNK-BP’s merger with Rosneft, Ms Sokolova took a similar position in 2013 as the head of finance for the processing and trading unit. She joined M.Video in 2016 as finance director. She holds an MBA from California State University, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) professional certification, as well as certificates of participation in INSEAD programmes in France and Singapore and at the Kellogg School of Management in the United States. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer of M.Video–Eldorado Group.
Alexander Sokolovsky heads an integrated IT Department at M.Video-Eldorado Group and is responsible for the improvement of the IT platform and the overall IT development of the Company and its two retail brands. Before joining M.Video-Eldorado, Alexander was Managing Director at SberDevices (part of Sberbank ecosystem). He graduated from the Samara State Aerospace University in 2002 with a degree in Automated Data Processing and Management Systems and has over 20 years of experience in IT, including digital transformation, microservice architecture and big data platforms. He has held management positions in industry-leading companies in Russia (Sberbank, Leroy Merlin, Russian Direct Investment Fund, EPAM Systems), France and Kazakhstan.
Alina Ryzhenkova graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the Moscow Pedagogical State University in 1999 and received an MBA from the University of California in 2002. She started her career in 2001 working in key account management at Manpower and Bonduelle Russia. In 2005–2007, she worked at Nestle Food, focusing on staff training and development. In 2007, she joined AB InBev as a national training manager, and in 2008, was appointed the company’s HR Director. Since 2011, Ms Ryzhenkova held senior HR positions at major Russian and international companies, including the Otkritie Group and Svyaznoy. She was responsible for optimising organisational structures, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, building competency models and annual employee evaluation schemes, updating incentive programmes, and automating HR processes. Prior to joining M.Video-Eldorado, Ms Ryzhenkova worked at MTS as Director for Organisational Development (since 2018) and Vice President for Organisational Development (since 2019).
Victoria Kunina has been heading M.Video-Eldorado’s Digital Transformation Directorate since late 2020. In addition to extensive expertise in project management, she boasts a long track record of implementing large-scale transformational changes. She started her career at Deloitte in 2004, where she worked for five years as a consultant on the transformation of logistics and production processes and implementation of information systems. Ms Kunina joined M.Video in 2009 and climbed all the way up the career ladder from a project manager to a director of the division responsible for innovations in the company, taking an active part in all key business changes. In 2017, she headed the integration office to merge M.Video and Eldorado into a single group. In 2005, Victoria graduated from the Moscow State Industrial University with a degree in Applied Computer Science in Economics.
Mr Sukhov graduated from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia with a degree in law, and he has an LLM degree. He began his professional career at Transmashholding, a leader in the Russian transport engineering market. His professional activities have included numerous mergers and acquisitions, including JSC Metrovagonmash, PJSC Luganskteplovoz (Ukraine), JSC REZ (Latvia), JSC Lisichanskaya soda (Ukraine), LLC Russian Coal–Kuzbass, LLC ELDORADO and others. Since 2008, Mr Sukhov has headed up various departments in the companies of Safmar Group; since February 2011, he has been the Deputy CEO for Corporate and Property Relations of JSC Russian Coal. In May 2017, he became Vice President for Corporate and Legal Relations of Eldorado. Since 2018, he has been the head of the Corporate and Legal Relations Division of M.Video–Eldorado Group.
In 1996, Mr Golyshev graduated from the Institute of the Federal Security Service of Russia; in 2003, from the Academy of the Federal Security Service of Russia; and, in 2008, from the Russian Civil Service Academy under the President of the Russian Federation. From 1994 to 2009, he served in the Federal Security Service of Russia. He is a lieutenant-colonel in the reserves. From 2009 to 2016, he worked in senior positions at KIN Group, where he oversaw the safety of production and commercial processes, as well as the security of tangible and intangible assets. In 2017, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Eldorado, and he has been the Security Director for M.Video–Eldorado Group since 2018.
Mr Muraviev has 21 years of experience in the area of consumer electronics and digital equipment. He came to M.video in 2009 as the head of the Audio-Video Division; he has been the head of the Commercial Division since 2016. He previously held various management positions at LG Electronics Rus and BSH Hausgeräte (the Bosch/Siemens representative office in Russia). Mr Muraviev has expertise in the areas of management and marketing, with higher degrees in two specialisations: the first in management (MAMI) and the second in marketing (MIRBIS). In 2005, he also received an MBA in marketing (MIRBIS).
Andrey Pavlovich graduated from the Volga State University of Water Transport with a degree in Economics and Business Management in Transport in 2000. He completed a number of logistics and supply chain management programmes at international business schools (APICS CPIM, IMD Business School, Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business Executive Education). He started his career at Heineken Group as a logistics manager and was later promoted to director of logistics. In 2009, Andrey joined Coca-Cola HBC Russia as a country planning manager and was appointed director of logistics in 2015. In 2018, he took the supply chain director position at Ozon. In 2020–2021, he led logistics operations at Perekrestok Vprok.
