Mr Fernandez has more than 15 years of experience in the consumer electronics market in both manufacturing companies and in retail. Before moving to the retail consumer electronics industry, he held sales and marketing positions at Whirlpool Europe. From 2003 to 2007, Mr Fernandez held various management positions at Media-Saturn Holding GmbH. In his last position at Media-Saturn Holding, he was responsible for procurement for the MediaMarkt and Saturn brands. From 2007 to 2009, he served as Vice President for Procurement for Eldorado. Mr Fernandez joined M.Video in 2009 as a commercial director, and he became CEO of the company in 2016. Following the merger of M.Video and Eldorado in 2018, Mr Fernandez became the CEO of M.Video–Eldorado Group.
Sergey Li graduated from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics. He led business development in the Russian branch of Philips in 2001-2004. In 2004–2008, he was Manager and Executive Director at Eldorado and Sulpak (Kazakhstan), moving on to run the Consumer Electronics Division at M.Video in 2008–2018 and serve as Managing Director of Eldorado between January 2018 and June 2020. For the past six months, Sergey has been Chief Operating Officer at Detsky Mir Group.
Mr Muraviev has 21 years of experience in the area of consumer electronics and digital equipment. He came to M.video in 2009 as the head of the Audio-Video Division; he has been the head of the Commercial Division since 2016. He previously held various management positions at LG Electronics Rus and BSH Hausgeräte (the Bosch/Siemens representative office in Russia). Mr Muraviev has expertise in the areas of management and marketing, with higher degrees in two specialisations: the first in management (MAMI) and the second in marketing (MIRBIS). In 2005, he also received an MBA in marketing (MIRBIS).
Andrey Pavlovich graduated from the Volga State University of Water Transport with a degree in Economics and Business Management in Transport in 2000. He completed a number of logistics and supply chain management programmes at international business schools (APICS CPIM, IMD Business School, Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business Executive Education). He started his career at Heineken Group as a logistics manager and was later promoted to director of logistics. In 2009, Andrey joined Coca-Cola HBC Russia as a country planning manager and was appointed director of logistics in 2015. In 2018, he took the supply chain director position at Ozon. In 2020–2021, he led logistics operations at Perekrestok Vprok.
Irina Ivanova has over 25 years of experience in management. In 1996-2006, she worked as Supply Chain Manager, Ice Cream & Food, at Nestle Russia. In 2004-2005, she led a project to implement the world's best practices at Nestle's production facilities in Russia and set up a unified information system for the company's facilities and business units. In 2006, she joined M.Video as a project director with the goal of establishing a supply chain function. In 2008, she became the head of Supply Chain Management, Distribution and Logistics. In 2014, Irina's remit was expanded to include information technology, projects, and, later on, G&A functions. In 2015, she was appointed M.Video's Chief Operating Officer (COO). Following the accession of Eldorado, she led the Company's transformation process and the merger of M.Video, Eldorado and MediaMarkt. Starting 2018, as the Group's COO, she was responsible for the block comprising IT, business transformation, projects and products, big data, and G&A. In 2021, she left the Company and till her return has been the co-founder and CEO of PRESENT PERFECT Business School.
She holds an Executive MBA from the State University of Management and certificates in Leading Digital Transformation and Innovation and Artificial Intelligence for Business from INSEAD business school. She graduated from the Executive Coaching program at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo.
Anna Garmanova graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1998. In 2002, she graduated with honors from the Plekhanov Russian State Academy of Economics with a degree in Economics (Accounting, Analysis and Audit). Anna also holds an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certificate.
After the university, Anna was employed by various commercial firms and an auditing company. During 2004-2007, she was Deputy Head of the finance and economic division of the Fund for Mutual Understanding and Reconciliation set up by the government of Russia. Since 2007, Ms. Garmanova has started her career in retail as a chief accountant in Podruzhka retail chain. In 2008, she joined Detsky Mir. At different stages of her career progression in the retailer, she oversaw accounting methodology, automation of business processes, tax and accounting reporting. In 2014, Anna started to lead corporate accounting function, while in 2015 she became the CFO. In 2021, Ms. Garmanova moved to Ozon, where she became the Finance Director of Ozon Express.
Alexander Sokolovsky heads an integrated IT Department at M.Video-Eldorado Group and is responsible for the improvement of the IT platform and the overall IT development of the Company and its two retail brands. Before joining M.Video-Eldorado, Alexander was Managing Director at SberDevices (part of Sberbank ecosystem). He graduated from the Samara State Aerospace University in 2002 with a degree in Automated Data Processing and Management Systems and has over 20 years of experience in IT, including digital transformation, microservice architecture and big data platforms. He has held management positions in industry-leading companies in Russia (Sberbank, Leroy Merlin, Russian Direct Investment Fund, EPAM Systems), France and Kazakhstan.
Victoria Kunina has been heading M.Video-Eldorado’s Digital Transformation Directorate since late 2020. In addition to extensive expertise in project management, she boasts a long track record of implementing large-scale transformational changes. She started her career at Deloitte in 2004, where she worked for five years as a consultant on the transformation of logistics and production processes and implementation of information systems. Ms Kunina joined M.Video in 2009 and climbed all the way up the career ladder from a project manager to a director of the division responsible for innovations in the company, taking an active part in all key business changes. In 2017, she headed the integration office to merge M.Video and Eldorado into a single group. In 2005, Victoria graduated from the Moscow State Industrial University with a degree in Applied Computer Science in Economics.
In 1996, Mr Golyshev graduated from the Institute of the Federal Security Service of Russia; in 2003, from the Academy of the Federal Security Service of Russia; and, in 2008, from the Russian Civil Service Academy under the President of the Russian Federation. From 1994 to 2009, he served in the Federal Security Service of Russia. He is a lieutenant-colonel in the reserves. From 2009 to 2016, he worked in senior positions at KIN Group, where he oversaw the safety of production and commercial processes, as well as the security of tangible and intangible assets. In 2017, he was appointed Deputy CEO of Eldorado, and he has been the Security Director for M.Video–Eldorado Group since 2018.
Mr Sukhov graduated from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia with a degree in law, and he has an LLM degree. He began his professional career at Transmashholding, a leader in the Russian transport engineering market. His professional activities have included numerous mergers and acquisitions, including JSC Metrovagonmash, PJSC Luganskteplovoz (Ukraine), JSC REZ (Latvia), JSC Lisichanskaya soda (Ukraine), LLC Russian Coal–Kuzbass, LLC ELDORADO and others. Since 2008, Mr Sukhov has headed up various departments in the companies of Safmar Group; since February 2011, he has been the Deputy CEO for Corporate and Property Relations of JSC Russian Coal. In May 2017, he became Vice President for Corporate and Legal Relations of Eldorado. Since 2018, he has been the head of the Corporate and Legal Relations Division of M.Video–Eldorado Group.
